JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator
JOB STATUS: Full Time (40 hours per week) – includes medical, dental, life insurance and other benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION: Serenity Lane, one of America’s premier centers for the treatment of chemical dependency, has an opening for an office coordinator in Albany Oregon. The qualified individual will provide reception services, answer and transfer calls in a timely and professional manner, schedule appointments, will be familiar with multi-line phones; will maintain a professional and sincere attitude at all times; ordering supplies; collects and handles cash for several purchases and balances cash box; develops office correspondence, address office fax and scanned images, maintains visitor and vendor sign-in sheets and other assigned tasks by Program Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2-5 years, or more experience in office administration. Experience with electronic records and maintaining general office supplies and needs. Good communication skills a must. Be able to work with a team that is dedicated to helping individuals. Be able to take and follow direction as needed. Commitment to the scheduled hours is also a must. Word, Excel, 50 wpm, strong customer service, phone skills, organizational & prioritization.
