The holidays can be a triggering time for people with a substance use disorder. It may also be a time when they hit a bottom and need help the most. Serenity Lane is committed to providing substance use disorder treatment that meets the needs of our patients and their families.
Serenity Lane will be open through the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Please contact our admissions team for assistance at 1-800-543-9905. Our team of counselors is ready to assist.
This year we are proud to share some of the options we have available to help patients access treatment. This includes our Day Treatment level of care, a Patient Advocate to help patients navigate the treatment process and our increased hospital bed capacity. More information is below.
Home for the Holidays
One barrier to entering treatment this time of year may be the fear of missing out on spending the holiday with loved ones. For anyone facing this dilemma, Serenity Lane’s Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment program may offer a solution. Patients in our Day Treatment program attend rigorous and structured programming during the day and return home in the evenings. This level of care is currently available at our Coburg
location (located at 91150 Coburg Industrial Way, Coburg, OR 97408) and is covered by most commercial insurance. Full list of in-network providers here.
We welcomed Ingrid as our new patient advocate earlier this year. Ingrid works with each patient to navigate their insurance and treatment care plan to ensure they maximize their benefits and feel informed and empowered around their treatment. This time of year navigating insurance benefits gets especially confusing. Ingrid and the rest of our admissions team are ready to help patients navigate the process.
Our Coburg admissions team will be available to answer questions, perform assessments and admit patients over the Christmas and New Year holidays. We’re here to help.
The number to call is 1-800-543-9905.
From all of us here, have a very joyful and safe holiday and best wishes for the new year.
