What Our Alumni Are Saying

Outpatient Treatment

At Serenity Lane, we know that recovery is a journey that doesn't stop when life continues around you. Our outpatient programs are designed to provide the support you need while allowing you to maintain your everyday commitments—whether at home, school, or work.

We offer two types of outpatient care to provide you with the support you deserve along your healing journey:

  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP – Level 2): For those who need more structured support, this program offers flexible morning or evening sessions, three days a week. It’s ideal for individuals seeking a more consistent and intensive level of care while balancing their regular responsibilities.
  • General Outpatient Program (OP – Level 1): Our general outpatient program is for those who are looking to continue their progress with less frequent sessions. Weekly check-ins provide ongoing support and guidance to reinforce the skills learned in recovery.

Both programs include a combination of group therapy, individual counseling, and personalized recovery plans. Our focus is on helping you stay connected to your life while developing the tools and skills needed for lasting recovery.

At Serenity Lane, we’re here to support you every step of the way, helping you stay grounded in your daily life while making progress toward long-term well-being.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Recovery doesn't have to mean putting life on hold. At Serenity Lane, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to support your life while giving you the healing you deserve. Our program provides effective, evidence-based treatment that fits into your existing responsibilities, molding your life with recovery in mind.

Whether you're balancing a job, family, or school, IOP gives you the flexibility to engage in meaningful care without stepping away from the rest of your life. With morning and evening options available, you can create a schedule that supports both recovery and routine.

Our IOP includes:

  • Group therapy and individual counseling three times per week
  • Education on addiction, relapse prevention, and healthy coping strategies
  • Support for co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Access to ongoing recovery support for up to two years
  • Weekly family support groups to help strengthen the foundation of healing at home

We work with you to develop a recovery plan that aligns with your goals and helps you build momentum in early sobriety. With the right support, you don’t just maintain recovery—you thrive in it.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

For individuals who have completed inpatient treatment or require more intensive care than a short stay can provide, our Day Treatment Program—also known as partial hospitalization—offers a comprehensive and structured approach to recovery. Designed for those who need additional support, this program provides full-day care five to seven days a week.

Throughout your time in the program, you'll engage in a variety of healing activities, including wellness exercises, individual counseling, and group therapy. These experiences are tailored to help you gain the skills and emotional stability necessary for long-term recovery.

Our compassionate and dedicated staff will collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan that emphasizes building healthy routines, restoring balance, and empowering you to take the next steps in your recovery journey.

With support and guidance every step of the way, we’re here to help you develop the tools you need for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Fentanyl Addiction Treatment
