Happy Valley Addiction Treatment

Sometimes, the hardest battles are the ones no one sees. In communities like Happy Valley, substance use doesn't always look like a crisis. It often hides behind busy schedules, quiet homes, and lives that appear to be just fine from the outside.

Happy Valley has one of the highest overdose death rates in Clackamas County, with nearly 115 overdose deaths per 100,000 residents in recent years.

At Serenity Lane, we are here for more than just treatment. We show you a path forward. With experienced clinicians, personalized care, and a deep understanding of what it takes to heal, we're here to help people reclaim their lives, one step at a time.

Our Happy Valley Addiction Treatment Programs

Whether you’re seeking help for alcohol, opioids, stimulants, or other substances, Serenity Lane has compassionate, evidence-based care close to home. Our addiction treatment programs near Happy Valley are tailored to each individual, with a focus on long-term recovery, emotional healing, and rebuilding a meaningful life.

We combine medical expertise with human understanding, because true recovery is about more than just stopping use. It’s about restoring your health, your relationships, and your sense of self.

Medical Detox Near Happy Valley

Before treatment can begin, the body and brain need time to stabilize. Our medical detox program provides 24/7 supervision and compassionate care in a safe, supportive environment. Detox is monitored by licensed medical staff to help manage withdrawal symptoms and reduce complications from substances like alcohol, opioids, or benzodiazepines. The supportive, nonjudgmental environment creates a smooth transition into the next level of recovery.

Residential Treatment

Our residential inpatient program offers round-the-clock care in a structured, therapeutic environment designed to remove distractions and focus fully on recovery. Clients live on-site and participate in a full schedule of trauma-informed therapy, peer support, and holistic activities that encourage emotional healing and behavioral change. After medical detox, this level of care is often the best place to start for individuals with severe substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, or an unstable home environment.

  • Residents of Happy Valley who need more than traditional residential care have access to Serenity Lane’s long‑term program just a short drive away. This flexible, client-driven treatment enables individuals to remain in recovery until meaningful progress is achieved. With individualized planning, ongoing therapy that targets trauma and addictive patterns, and techniques to manage cravings and rebuild values, our long-term approach addresses deeper root causes, not just symptoms.

Outpatient Treatment

We offer two levels of outpatient care to meet you where you are in your recovery journey. Whether you're stepping down from a more intensive program or seeking support for the first time, our flexible outpatient options give you the structure, connection, and clinical care you need, without putting your life on hold.

  • Level II Intensive Outpatient (IOP): For those who need more structure or are early in their recovery journey, our Level II Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program has a higher level of care without requiring an overnight stay. It’s an ideal option if you need daily support while remaining in your community. This level of care creates a strong foundation for lasting recovery by combining therapeutic depth with the flexibility of outpatient life.
  • Level I Outpatient (OP): This program is designed for individuals who need ongoing support without the intensity of daily programming. Level 1 care is well-suited for individuals transitioning from higher levels or those with stable routines who continue to benefit from structured treatment. This program allows you to stay engaged in your recovery while continuing to manage responsibilities at work, school, or home.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

For those who need structured, full-day treatment but don't require overnight care, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) contains a strong clinical foundation.  With a blend of group therapy, individual counseling, medication management, and psychoeducation, PHP helps individuals build coping skills, stabilize their mental and physical health, and prepare for lasting recovery. It’s a strong step between inpatient and outpatient care, ideal for those stepping down or looking to avoid hospitalization altogether.
