What Our Alumni Are Saying

Outpatient Treatment

Our outpatient programs give you access to high-quality care while allowing you to live at home and continue with work or school.

We offer two levels of outpatient support:

  1. General Outpatient (Level 1 - OP) for ongoing support through weekly check-ins.
  2. Intensive Outpatient (Level 2 - IOP) for flexible morning or evening sessions 3 times a week.

Both programs include group therapy, individual counseling, and long-term recovery planning—all designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our intensive outpatient program gives you the flexibility to receive treatment while maintaining your daily routine. Over ten weeks, you’ll attend group therapy, individual counseling, and educational sessions three times a week, with both morning and evening options available.

We also provide weekly family support groups and long-term recovery support for up to two years. Together, we’ll build a personalized recovery plan that fits your life and helps you manage the challenges of early recovery.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Day Treatment Program, also called partial hospitalization, offers structured, full-day care for those who’ve completed inpatient treatment or need more support than a short stay can provide.

You’ll participate in group therapy, individual counseling, and wellness activities five to seven days a week.

With personalized plans and a focus on building routines, our team helps you develop the tools and stability needed for long-term recovery, while still allowing you to return home each evening.

Addiction Treatment Services At Our Hillsboro Drug Rehab

Addiction is a word that often brings certain images to mind, but the truth is, substance use looks different for everyone. Not everyone who uses a substance has an addiction, and trying something once doesn’t mean it will lead to one.

At Serenity Lane Hillsboro, we treat substance use disorders with care that’s tailored to the individual. Understanding the substance involved is the first step in finding the right path forward.

Inpatient Treatment

Our inpatient treatment program offers 24/7 care in a structured, supportive setting. Patients begin with medically supervised detox, followed by an individualized treatment plan developed by a team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and counselors.

Our inpatient services include clinical assessments, therapy, education, and support for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Most inpatient stays range from 30 to 60 days, depending on your personal needs. This level of care is ideal for those ready to step away from substance use and focus fully on recovery.

Heroin Addiction Treatment

Heroin is a powerful opioid that can take hold quickly, especially with repeated use. It’s often smoked, snorted, or injected, and injecting carries the greatest risk for overdose.  While heroin use is less common than prescription opioids, it’s still a serious concern here in Oregon.

If you or someone you love is looking to find healing away from heroin, our heroin addiction treatment program is here to help. Our team provides compassionate, evidence-based care to support your recovery every step of the way.

Cocaine Addiction Treatment

Cocaine can create a strong psychological hold, making it hard to stop without support. Whether it’s used socially or in secret, regular use can quickly lead to dependence.

We understand the toll this can take on your life and relationships. That’s why our cocaine addiction treatment offers personalized treatment plans designed to help you regain control and move forward with confidence. You don’t have to face this alone. We’re here to help you heal.

Meth Addiction Treatment

Frequent meth use can affect your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. When it’s time to stop, the crash can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Our meth addiction treatment offers medical and emotional support to help ease the withdrawal process and keep you safe and comfortable. Once you’re feeling more stable, we’ll work together on the next steps, creating a plan that supports both your recovery and your long-term health.

Fentanyl Addiction Treatment

Fentanyl can create strong physical cravings that make it hard to stop on your own. Our fentanyl addiction treatment program offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help ease those cravings and reduce withdrawal symptoms in a safe, supportive environment.

Medications like buprenorphine or naltrexone work alongside counseling and therapy to gently stabilize brain chemistry and support healing. If you’re ready to take a step toward feeling better, we’re here to walk with you at your pace.

Adderall Addiction Treatment

Adderall is a prescription stimulant that helps many people manage ADHD or narcolepsy. But when it’s misused or taken without medical guidance, it can begin to affect your mental and physical health.

If you’re finding it hard to stop or feel like your relationship with Adderall has changed, our Adderall addiction program is here to help. With a combination of medical care and counseling, we’ll work with you to restore balance and support your long-term wellness.

Marijuana Addiction Treatment

Marijuana affects everyone differently, and for some, it can become something they rely on more than they’d like. If you’re thinking about cutting back or quitting altogether, we’re here to support you.

We use evidence-based approaches like individual and group therapy, behavioral support, and structured care to help you take the next step through marijuana addiction treatment. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and helps you feel more in control of your daily life.

Benzodiazepine Addiction Treatment

Stopping benzodiazepines often requires more than willpower. We offer medically supervised detox to help you taper safely and avoid serious withdrawal risks.

Through our benzodiazepine addiction treatment, our care team monitors your health throughout the process and adjusts treatment as needed to keep you comfortable. After detox, we provide therapy and ongoing support to help you regain stability.

With consistent care and the right tools, you can begin to feel more like yourself again.
