Our inpatient treatment program at Serenity Lane offers a healing environment built on structure, safety, and continuous support. Each client who walks through our doors receives a personalized care plan thoughtfully designed by a team of experts dedicated to guiding your recovery with compassion and clinical excellence.
Inpatient care includes comprehensive clinical assessments, individual and group counseling, education on substance use, and support for co-occurring mental health conditions—all integrated to address the full spectrum of your needs.
While individual treatment lengths vary, most inpatient stays range from 30 to 60 days. This level of care is ideal for those ready to step away from daily distractions and fully commit to a path of meaningful, sustained recovery.
Serenity Lane’s Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment program in Albany is a ten-week program of group therapy, individual counseling and education about the disease of addiction and substance use disorders. Treatment groups meet three times a week for three hours. We offer morning and evening groups to accommodate your work schedule. The family support group meets Monday’s from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Level I Outpatient treatment is provided on a weekly basis either as a continuation of programming after Level II has been completed or as a stand-alone level of care, depending upon the patient’s needs.
Patients in Level I outpatient treatment meet weekly for between 12 and 24 months. In this level of care, patients (and their spouse/ significant other) meet for a one or two 1-1/2 hour weekly sessions. In this treatment program patients learn to identify and manage stressful life events and to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of early recovery. Programming consists of some group therapy and individual and family sessions with the patient’s primary counselor.
12 to 24 months after completion of outpatient treatment. Patients (and their spouse/ significant other) meet for a 1-1/2 hour weekly session to learn to identify and manage stressful life events and to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of early recovery.
Serenity Lane’s DUII education and diversion programs are certified by the state of Oregon and fulfill all court and DMV requirements. We offer DUII services at all 9 of our outpatient locations.

We offer two levels of outpatient care tailored to meet you where you are on your journey:
Both options include group therapy, individual counseling, and personalized recovery planning. These programs are built to empower you, helping you stay grounded in your life while gaining the skills and support needed for long-term wellness.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Serenity Lane is thoughtfully designed to fit into your life, so you can receive meaningful treatment while continuing with work, school, or family responsibilities.
During your time in IOP, you'll participate in a blend of group therapy, individual counseling, and educational sessions held three times per week, with both morning and evening options to suit your schedule.
We also provide extended recovery support for up to two years and weekly family support groups because healing is stronger when it's shared. Together, we’ll build a personalized recovery plan that reflects your goals, addresses the realities of early sobriety, and helps you move forward with strength and clarity.
Our Day Treatment Program, also known as partial hospitalization, provides structured, full-day care for those who have completed inpatient treatment or need more support than a brief stay can offer. You’ll participate in wellness activities, individual counseling, and group therapy five to seven days a week.
Our compassionate staff will work with you to develop a personalized plan that builds the skills and stability needed for long-term recovery, with a focus on creating healthy routines.
