For more than 50 years, Serenity Lane’s facility near Oak Grove has delivered compassionate and effective addiction recovery treatment to individuals and families in Oregon. We offer experienced and trusted care to guide you or your loved one on the path to recovery. Our dedicated team provides continuous support and guidance from your first contact through every step of your journey, ensuring you have support at all times.
Serenity Lane, located near Oak Grove, provides a focused and supportive inpatient treatment program for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. This immersive 30-60 day program offers a personalized plan that includes therapy, education, and community support, allowing individuals to concentrate fully on their recovery in a safe environment for resetting and rebuilding their lives.
Serenity Lane offers two outpatient programs to support your recovery while maintaining your daily life: Intensive Outpatient Programming (Level 2 IOP) and General Outpatient Programming (Level 1 IOP).
Our Intensive Outpatient Program includes structured morning or evening sessions three times a week, providing more intensive care that fits into your schedule. Our General Outpatient Program provides weekly check-ins to offer ongoing support as you progress in your recovery.
Both programs utilize group therapy, individual counseling, and personalized recovery plans. Our aim is to help you remain connected to your life and develop the necessary tools for sustained recovery. We provide support at every stage, promoting long-term well-being while you continue with your daily routine.
Our Day Treatment Program, also known as partial hospitalization, provides intensive, full-day support five to seven days weekly. It's designed for individuals who require additional support following inpatient care or a brief stay. The program fosters long-term recovery through wellness activities, individual counseling, and group therapy, all aimed at developing essential skills and emotional stability. Dedicated staff members develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing healthy habits and personal empowerment. We offer comprehensive support to help individuals lead healthier and more satisfying lives.
