We’re glad you’re here. Getting ready for treatment can feel like a lot, but we will guide you every step of the way. This page will help you know what to expect before you arrive.
• Arrange a ride to treatment. You cannot drive yourself.
• Bring your photo ID and insurance card.
• Bring all current prescribed medications in a separate bag.
• If you are sick or may have been exposed to a contagious illness, please call Admissions before you arrive.

• One suitcase and one carry-on bag
• Casual, comfortable clothing
• Seasonal outerwear
• Sleepwear and slippers
• Toiletries and personal care items
Optional Items
• Pillow or blanket from home
• MP3 player or iPod
• Laptop, Kindle, or smartwatch
Money
• Credit or debit card for co-pays or prescriptions
• Small amount of cash for vending machines ($1 or $5 bills)

• Advance Directive
• Healthcare Power of Attorney
Supplements
• Up to two unopened herbal or nutritional supplements
• Over-the-counter medications
• Alcohol, illegal drugs, or products containing alcohol
• Personal vehicles
• Weapons
• Snacks, candy, gum, or soft drinks
• Large amounts of cash or valuable jewelry
• THC, CBD, herbal blends, or vape liquids
• Only unopened, manufacturer-sealed nicotine vapes are allowed
• No THC, CBD, or non-nicotine vape products
• Smoking and vaping only in designated outdoor areas
• Vaping indoors is not allowed
• You may bring unopened nicotine patches or lozenges
• Devices are stored during detox
• Returned in residential care
• Use allowed outside programming hours
• Bring your own data/hotspot if needed
