Full days of treatment and clinical support without an overnight stay. PHP offers intensive therapy and structure during the day, while clients return home or to supportive housing in the evenings. It can be an ideal step-down from residential care or a step-up when weekly outpatient support isn’t enough.
A flexible schedule that keeps recovery at the center while you continue work, school, or family responsibilities. Clients attend several sessions each week, combining therapy, relapse-prevention planning, and peer support. It’s designed to build consistency and momentum while you practice recovery skills in real life.
